Work in progress. Marina, a farmer in Zeeuws Vlaanderen, is told that her land must make way for water. The next morning she stands in the town hall opposite the administrator behind the plan, and her message is simple: if she must give up her land, then he must give up his office. A film about ownership, water and responsibility, made to start a conversation the Netherlands urgently needs. Directed by Kees-Jan Mulder, photographed by me.
